Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and attention to detail
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
• Process payments using cash handling techniques and cash register systems
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register systems
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is a plus
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is an advantage
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure
