Whether you're guiding guests through menus, taking orders with precision, or upselling specialty items, you'll play a vital part in fostering a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring seamless communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift Assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support overall restaurant operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is an advantage for understanding food preparation processes
