The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with food service, and ensuring guests receive attentive and courteous service. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our restaurant and hospitality services, contributing to customer satisfaction and overall guest experience. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring cleanliness and organization Bussing tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware efficiently Assist with food service by delivering orders to tables and ensuring timely service Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces Support food handling procedures in accordance with safety standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service flow Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and professionally Help with catering events or special functions as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning, bussing, and food handling procedures Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with serving in restaurants or hotels is a plus Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and hospitality standards Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if necessary This position offers an opportunity to develop skills within the food industry while contributing to a positive guest experience.
