Overview Join our vibrant team as a Restaurant Server and All Rounder, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable dining experiences for our guests! All positions are paid, with opportunities for growth and skill development in a fast-paced food industry setting. Duties Welcome guests, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements as needed Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning tables, bussing dishes, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or food handling tasks when required Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Optimize flow during busy hours Experience High volume setting management Previous restaurant experience preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in food service roles including serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or bartending is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing required Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for supporting food preparation tasks Hospitality background that includes guest relations and sales techniques such as upselling enhances performance Join us to deliver exceptional service in a lively environment where your energy makes a difference!
