Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and ensures every visit exceeds expectations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant or nightclub setting. Whether guiding guests through our menu or providing exceptional customer service, you'll be an essential part of delivering outstanding food and beverage experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback promptly Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory Excellent communication skills and basic math proficiency for cash handling and order calculations Previous host/hostess or serving experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through lively service, expert knowledge of our menu, and a passion for hospitality.
