Bar Server

Job Summary Join our new craft brewery team at the ground level! Middlemist is a new craft mead and cider producer introducing a new beverage category to the region in a high end lounge environment. Drinks are simple to pour and require no bartending experience. We are looking for friendly energetic people with a passion for craft bevarages who can help create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will serve beverages behind a bar or table side, and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality control Set up and clean bar areas efficiently, including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness standards Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods and special events Qualifications Proven experience in the service industry, including barista or bartender roles. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Experience in serving, catering, or hospitality roles that demonstrate adaptability in fast-paced settings
