Job Description

We are an all day, farm to table restaurant in South Jersey for over 20 years. We are looking to add to our front of the house staff, server, busers and runners. blueplate offers excellent customer service and delicious meals. We're looking for an energetic and friendly Server to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Understanding culinary terms Trained and understand current restaurant menu Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner Take accurate food and drink orders The ability to up sell Help Deliver meals and beverages promptly Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit Handle payments and provide accurate change Maintain a clean and organized dining area Work collaboratively with other front of the house staff and kitchen staff
Qualifications:
Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team-player mentality Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
