Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate Other duties as assigned. Requirements
  • Prior experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred
  • Proficiency in basic math for handling payments
  • Familiarity with cash registers and Aloha POS system is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
