Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Square or Toast POS is advantageous Demonstrated skills in guest relations, customer service, and food handling Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and managing multiple tables efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling Prior host/hostess or serving experience is a plus, along with kitchen or food industry background Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Join us to deliver exceptional service that delights guests and elevates their dining experience!
