Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with excellent leadership skills to oversee daily operations. Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
  • Conduct interviews and assist in hiring processes
  • Manage and lead a team to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide training development for staff members
  • Oversee catering orders and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize POS systems effectively
  • Implement staff training programs
  • Monitor bartending activities and uphold quality standards
  • Enforce food safety regulations Experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of food service management practices
  • Ability to conduct interviews and manage teams effectively
  • Familiarity with catering operations and training development
  • Proficiency in POS systems and staff training techniques
  • Bartending experience is a plus
