Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute significantly to our establishment's success. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or Aloha POS systems. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food preparation methods and ingredients. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a server role or similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with OpenTable or Aloha POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Experience in nightclub or fast-paced dining environments is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs.
