We are currently seeking a Server to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables and service stations. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately through our POS system. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations. Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation at all times.
Qualifications:
This position requires open availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays. Proven experience as a server, preferably in a hotel environment. Certifications such as TIPS or equivalent is preferred. Familiarity with POS (Micros) systems preferred. Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended period of times.
