Pay:

$6.05/hour + tips Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food safety protocols. Support kitchen staff with basic food handling or food preparation tasks when needed. Assist in managing guest feedback to ensure a positive dining experience at all times. Qualifications Bilingual Proficiency (English and Spanish) is required to apply for this position. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest relations. Ability to multitask effectively through excellent time management skills in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience with serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus. Culinary experience or kitchen background can be beneficial but is not required. Basic math skills for accurate check processing and cash handling.
