• Our servers at FMV Brewing Co work together as a team to ensure our guests have the best overall experience.
• This fast-paced position is a chance to show your friendliness, personality, and opportunity to build relationships with our guests and provide them with exceptional service. Server Responsibilities
• Verify identification and age requirements of customers
• Enforce company policies and state laws regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Take drink orders with a positive and helpful attitude
• Discuss menu items and make recommendations when asked
• Engage with guests genuinely and make connections
• Enter beverage orders, prepare checks, and collect payments
• Run drinks to guests
• Communicate with brewery staff clearly and effectively
• Set up and serve at a variety of events
• Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and promptly take action to correct any problems
• Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Be guest oriented and a positive representative of FMV Brewing Co Server Certifications
• Must have or be able to obtain a NM Alcohol Server Permit Server Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 lbs. Server Skills and Qualifications
• Prefer minimum 2 years prior server experience with references
• Prior craft brewery knowledge preferred but not required
• Should have a positive and outgoing personality
• Ability to remember orders and details about guests and their needs
• Should enjoy working in fast-paced atmosphere
• Must be able to work flexible schedules. We will work with your schedule if you work with ours
