Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems including OpenTable for reservations and guest management Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations Bartending experience required. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife venues such as nightclubs, is highly desirable Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest relations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation enhances your fit for this role Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food presentation and preparation basics Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
