$17.50-$23/hour with tips (based on performance and experience) About Us Yalla Shawarma is a fast-growing restaurant serving high-quality, fresh Mediterranean street food. We focus on bold flavors, clean ingredients, and a strong connection to our community. Position Overview We're looking for a friendly, fast, and attentive Server/Waiter to join our team. You'll guide guests through the menu, deliver great service, and help create a smooth, welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming experience Take orders accurately and guide customers through the menu Deliver food and ensure guest satisfaction Communicate clearly with kitchen staff Maintain a clean and organized dining area Handle payments when needed Stay efficient during busy service periods Qualifications Strong communication and hospitality skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Previous serving experience is a plus (not required) Experience with Toast POS is a plus Knowledge of Moroccan and Mediterranean food is a plus Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and care for guest experience Team-oriented mindset Schedule Flexible shifts (day/evening/weekends) Weekend availability is a plus Why Work With Us Competitive pay with tips Growth opportunities as we expand Supportive, team-focused environment Be part of a local brand that values quality and community
