Job Description
Turtleback Mountain Golf and Resort, located in Elephant Butte, NM , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Server ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating Describes daily specials, answers questions about menu items, and offers recommendations Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings Maintains an organized workstation and completes side work duties Accurately processes checks and cash transactions using the POS system Follows established procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders Adheres to service standards for greeting, cocktail service, and food delivery Practices proper tray service for all food and beverage service Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Regular and reliable attendance Performs other duties as required High school diploma or GED; and two years of serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must meet state age requirements for serving alcohol (21+) Food safety knowledge Food preparation experience Regular and reliable attendance Healthcare Benefits
