Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotionsMaintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniquesEnsures consistency & qualityProvide service to guests while diningAssist Busser in pre-bussing of tablesSet up or close of wait stationClean stations and tablesComplete daily side workAssist guests with questions regarding activities on the propertyPractice TIPS awareness and the responsible serving of alcohol
