As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert food and beverage knowledge, and efficient order management. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to creating memorable dining moments for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, tables, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for bill calculation, cash handling, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven approaches to enhance guest experiences Join our team if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your serving skills, and ready to create memorable moments for every guest.
