Whether working in a fine dining setting or lively nightclub environment, you'll be an essential part of our hospitality team, helping us deliver memorable moments to every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing efficiently at the end of each shift Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables quickly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their visit Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and billing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy hours without compromising service quality Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in host/hostess roles or nightclub serving is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love creating memorable experiences for guests!
