Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate service of food and beverages to guest's poolside Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings, including food, cocktails, beer, and wine Recommend selections to guests based on preferences and seasonal highlights Engage guests with casual, friendly conversation to enhance their poolside experience Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool service area before, during, and after service Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring compliance with local and resort regulations Qualifications A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays in an outdoor environment for extended periods Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate weights Previous food and beverage service experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
