Position Summary As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a smooth and exceptional dining experience. You'll be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining floor, ensuring that dishes are delivered promptly and accurately while maintaining our high standards of presentation and service. Key Responsibilities Provide water/non-alcoholic beverage service including Bottled Water service to guests To include beverage refills Consistent bussing of tables with proper clearing of plates and glassware, re-setting tables, and maintain cleanliness of tables and floors Knowledge of all stations, table numbers, and seat positions Communicate effectively with servers, bartender, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets Zenshin's standards Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure seamless dining experience. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
