You'll maintain full knowledge of all menu items—including those on the buffet line—and provide helpful answers to guest questions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm salutation and take beverage orders promptly Take food and beverage orders using a tray and check back often for refills and guest needs Monitor assigned tables and remove used dishes when guests have finished eating Deliver guest checks, process payments, and return change or receipts accurately Assist with assembling food orders and support smooth café operations Maintain availability for scheduled shifts Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family‑Style Service at all times
