Brothers Barbecue and Cluckers Fried Chicken Sandwiches is looking for a Food Runner/ Cashier/ Beer tender to join our team at Reno, NV!

About the job:

The Cashier/Food Runner is responsible for delivering amazing customer service while bringing food to our guests after they order at our counter, pouring beers as needed, checking on guests, bussing tables after the guests have completed their meals, as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room. The position requires a high level of energy and enjoyment working with the public. The ideal team member must be available Tuesday-Sunday, organized, efficient, attentive, dependable, friendly and a team player. Friendliness and attitude are the biggest determining factor on who we hire. We offer fun extras like employee meals and drinks! Posted Pay range includes tips from weekly tip pool.

1 year (Preferred) Must be 21 and able to obtain an alcohol awareness card Knowledge of food safety regulations in the state of Reno, NV is a plus.

Duties:

Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with all health code standards established by the local health department. Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly to our in-house and take out customers. Clean the dining room after closing each day. This may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning windows, toilets, etc... Restock the dinning room and cashier counter throughout the day so that it will be appropriate for guests at any given time. This may include washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, etc...

The qualities that are needed to successfully perform the job include : Customer Service - Responsible for serving and serving well-stocked tables frequently; providing excellent customer service; demonstrating a genuine interest in guest satisfaction; being able to promptly resolve any issues that arise from guest service. Hygiene - Consistent with proper hygiene standards at all times; taking care of the dining room regularly to maintain cleanliness and sanitation; keeping work areas clean and organized; complying with all health department regulations regarding food safety.
