Cocktail Server - Terrace Lounge

The Cocktail Server is to provide beverages and service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner in busy lounges with events, live music, and craft cocktails.

Duties:

Acknowledge guests by making eye contact, sincerely greeting and thanking them. Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members. Serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly. Applies knowledge of drink pricing and craft cocktails. Applies knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels. Completes all side work requirements.

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age. Alcohol Awareness Card required. Serving/Cocktailing experience appreciated but not required. Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest and stand for long periods of time. Able to work any day of the week including holidays and swing shift. Possess excellent customer relations and communication skills. Must be able to speak and understand English.
