Fine Dining Food Server Western Village Inn & Casino - 3.8 Sparks, NV Job Details Part-time | Full-time 2 hours ago Qualifications Bartender License English Full Job Description The Fine Dining Food Server will provide guests with exceptional dining service, creating a positive and memorable experience and ensuring guest needs are promptly met.
Duties:
Sincerely greets each guest at their tables. Works closely with a back waiter to ensure prompt attention to all guests' needs. Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees. Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner. Serve beverages and ensures that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal. Completes all shift side work requirements. Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Alcohol Awareness Card required. Three or more years' food serving experience required. Ability to multitask to provide a well-timed experience for each guest. Fine dining service, wine knowledge, and tableside preparation experience preferred. Able to communicate clearly with guests in English. Must be able to balance a food tray, weighing up to 25 pounds.
