As the newest addition to a family of well-known restaurants serving guests throughout beautiful Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada—including Gar Woods Grill & Pier, Bar of America, Riva Grill, and Sparks Water Bar —we are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating memorable moments for every guest. We're seeking team members who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are passionate about providing genuine hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service throughout each guest's dining experience. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and daily menu offerings. Accurately enter orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. Work collaboratively with bartenders, bussers, kitchen staff, and management. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Remain calm, positive, and efficient during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous full-service restaurant serving experience required. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is mandatory.
