Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation, food safety, and sanitation standards are upheld Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/hostess team members to coordinate service flow during busy hours in both restaurant and nightclub settings Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS, or Agilysis for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing accurately Experience with serving in a fast-paced environment is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
