Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Previous host/hostess or serving experience is highly desirable Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and accurate order processing Experience in food preparation, bussing, or kitchen support is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us today to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
