50/hour and shift differential for evening and weekend work. (Plus a supportive team environment and meaningful work!) We are seeking friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our dining team. As a Waitstaff team member, you'll interact closely with residents, helping create a positive dining experience through excellent service and a warm, caring attitude. We have full and part-time positions available for the following shifts:

• 7:00 AM
• 3:00 PM
• 11:00 AM
• 7:00 PM
• 4:00 PM
• 7:00 PM Weekend availability required About Us The Massry Assisted Living Residence, part of Daughters of Sarah Community for Seniors, is a non-profit, faith-based senior living community dedicated to helping older adults live life to the fullest.

• Set tables according to proper service standards
• Serve meals in a restaurant-style dining setting
• Deliver food promptly from kitchen to tables and resident rooms
• Communicate resident requests effectively with kitchen staff
• Clear and reset tables between courses and after meals
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized work areas
• Assist with light food prep and restocking condiments
• Support team members to ensure smooth service Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, courteous, and positive attitude
