Job Description
Join the Team at Rowdy Hall on Main Street! Rowdy Hall, a cornerstone of the Hamptons dining community, is now hiring a server to join our professional front-of-house team at our brand-new location on Main Street in Amagansett. We are building a strong, committed team and are looking for individuals who are serious about hospitality and ready to grow with us year-round. Rowdy Hall blends the warmth of an English pub with the elegance of a French bistro. Our servers play a vital role in delivering the high level of hospitality our guests expect, guiding them through the menu, anticipating their needs, and creating a positive and memorable dining experience. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service Guide guests through food and beverage menus, make thoughtful recommendations, and answer questions with confidence Enter orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and resolve any issues with poise Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity What We're Looking For Year-round availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a busy environment Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift Why Work at Rowdy Hall?
