EXPERIENCED

Servers with at least 2 years serving in an upscale environment. To be able to work in a high volume, casual/fine dining restaurant while providing unique experience is what we strive for. Our focus is on being health conscience and using fresh ingredients with options that include organic, vegetarian and vegan dishes. Some of your responsibilities will be: Prepare the dining room for service by setting tables, candles, checking cleanliness, reviewing daily specials, stock levels, etc. Interact with our loyal customer base as well as new customers providing suggestions, recommendations and nurturing our excellent guest experience Experience with coursing, marking, upselling, pairing is a must Aptitude for menu presentation, food preparation and identification, allergies, special requests Ability to work in a collaborative high-volume, fast-paced environment POS experience is required We ask that you come with availability and are open to set schedules, the ability to pick up shifts and opportunities to cross-train.
