In this dynamic role, you will support the front-of-house operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food service, and ensuring that the restaurant environment remains inviting and organized. Responsibilities Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for guests. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and delivering food or beverages when needed. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies such as napkins and utensils. Support food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met during meal service. Help with setting up tables for new guests, including arranging silverware, glassware, and condiments. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Support catering events or special functions as required to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food handling safety standards. Experience working in hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of the food industry standards related to serving, hospitality, and customer service will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
