Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions Prepare and serve desserts with care, maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, including bussing tables and cleaning workstations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments and providing correct change Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times Qualifications Previous experience in food service, café, retail math, or grocery store environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and enthusiastically Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred but not required Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us to bring smiles through sweet treats!
