April 2026 SK Hospitality Group is seeking energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Servers to join the opening team of Bueno Restaurant, Bar & Lounge , a fun, trendy Latin fusion restaurant, bar, and lounge located in the heart of the Financial District, moments from the New York Stock Exchange. We are seeking Servers who bring personality, confidence, and professionalism to the floor. The ideal candidate has experience in high-volume restaurants, lounges, bars, or upscale-casual dining environments and knows how to deliver warm, attentive service while maintaining energy, pace, and polish. This role requires strong hospitality instincts, confidence on the floor, beverage knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant, bar, and lounge environment. Servers must be comfortable guiding guests through Latin-inspired menu offerings, signature cocktails, wine, spirits, shareable plates, and lounge-style service experiences. The ideal candidate is outgoing, composed, team-oriented, and service-minded, with the ability to create an upbeat guest experience while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys a lively atmosphere and knows how to balance warm hospitality with high-volume execution in both restaurant and lounge settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver warm, energetic, and attentive service that reflects Bueno's fun, trendy, hospitality-forward restaurant, bar, and lounge concept Guide guests through the menu, including Latin fusion dishes, shareable plates, signature cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverage pairings Maintain strong knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, flavor profiles, allergens, and presentation style Maintain working knowledge of cocktails, tequila, mezcal, rum, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings Confidently recommend food and beverage options based on guest preferences and the style of service, whether dining, bar, or lounge Execute service with strong timing, accuracy, personality, and attention to detail Uphold service standards for table maintenance, presentation, pacing, guest engagement, and lounge-style hospitality Create a lively, stylish, and welcoming guest experience while remaining polished and professional Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, management, and support staff to ensure seamless service execution Maintain composure and professionalism in a high-volume, high-energy restaurant, bar, and lounge environment Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining and lounge experience and respond proactively to feedback or service needs Participate in pre-shift briefings, ongoing training, menu education, and beverage education Support opening and closing procedures with strong attention to detail Maintain an organized, clean, and polished section in accordance with Bueno brand standards Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines Contribute to a collaborative, team-driven culture across front-of-house and back-of-house teams Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, lounge, upscale-casual, or fine dining environment required New York City hospitality experience strongly preferred Experience in Latin, Latin fusion, Mexican, Spanish, Caribbean, South American, or high-energy restaurant/bar/lounge concepts strongly preferred Strong cocktail, spirits, and beverage knowledge required Knowledge of tequila, mezcal, rum, wine, and Latin-inspired cocktails strongly preferred Proven ability to deliver engaging, polished, and detail-oriented service in a fast-paced environment Ability to confidently discuss menu items, ingredients, flavor profiles, cocktails, spirits, and pairing recommendations with guests Strong guest service instincts with the ability to anticipate needs and create a memorable experience Outgoing, personable, and professional floor presence Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking skills with the ability to perform under pressure Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms Professional, polished, and team-oriented approach to service Work Environment & Expectations Fast-paced, high-volume Latin fusion restaurant, bar, and lounge setting Lively, social, and energetic atmosphere with lounge-style service expectations Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods Impeccable grooming and professional appearance required at all times Ability to maintain composure and deliver excellent service under pressure Commitment to creating a welcoming, upbeat, stylish, and memorable guest experience Willingness to participate in ongoing food, beverage, cocktail, wine, and hospitality training Required Skills High-Volume Guest Service Latin Fusion Restaurant Experience Lounge Service Experience Cocktail & Spirits Knowledge Tequila, Mezcal & Rum Knowledge Wine Knowledge Beverage Pairing Knowledge Menu Knowledge Guest Engagement Communication & Collaboration Service Etiquette Anticipatory Hospitality Time Management Teamwork Professional Presentation Responsible Alcohol Service Upscale-Casual Dining Service Join SK Hospitality Group in launching Bueno Restaurant, Bar & Lounge , a fun, trendy Latin fusion destination bringing bold flavors, creative cocktails, lively lounge energy, and vibrant hospitality to New York City's Financial District.
