Server/Waiter

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that all dining needs are met. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations Process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with care Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining food service or hospitality is

REQUIRED

Ability to handle cash register operations and cash handling responsibilities effectively. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and upselling techniques is a must Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
