Job Description
```Overview``` We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy delivering excellent guest services, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Process payments using POS system (Point of Sale)
- Utilize OpenTable for seating arrangements ```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- Familiarity with Lightspeed or similar restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
