Candidate must be polished, professional in appearance and in communication, have prior experience in fine dining, upscale casual or in private clubs. Individual must be energetic, personable, be self motivated and have a willingness and ability to deliver expectation-exceeding hospitality to each guest every time. Knowledge of various culinary techniques, cocktails and fine wine required.
