In this job role, you'll greet and serve guests, deliver exceptional customer service, and support a smooth transaction of our food service environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders Prepare and serve food items efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly while delivering exceptional customer service
