Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced takeout kiosk environment. We specialized in Sushi and Boba Tea. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Take accurate food orders. Provide detailed information about menu items and specials to assist guests in their selections.

Serve / Pack

food efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation. Prepare the drinks according to customers' orders. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently through the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kiosk. Uphold all health and safety regulations in accordance with food service standards. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to speak Mandarin in preferred. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries. Previous experience in guest services or food service is advantageous. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work well under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
