Duties Efficiently relay food orders from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing to uphold quality standards. Deliver hot and cold dishes swiftly to tables while maintaining proper food handling procedures for safety and quality. Support servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting environment. Operate POS systems such as SQUARE POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service delivery. Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems like SQUARE POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality enhances your candidacy. Strong communication skills paired with excellent guest service abilities. Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude. Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential.
