Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Banquet Server and be a vital part of creating memorable events and exceptional guest experiences. In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding food and beverage service at banquets, corporate events, and special occasions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and delighted throughout their event. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with a friendly attitude during banquets and events Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of service areas to uphold high standards of food handling and safety Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, including arranging tables, linens, and dining accessories Support catering operations by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special dietary requests or guest concerns Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures during service and cleanup Skills Previous experience in the food industry or banquet service is highly preferred; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus Strong guest services skills with the ability to build positive guest relations in fast-paced environments Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including food handling, serving techniques, and food safety regulations Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and interact professionally with guests Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during busy events Experience in catering or hotel settings enhances your ability to adapt quickly to various event types A friendly demeanor combined with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction ensures memorable experiences for all attendees Join us in delivering exceptional service that turns ordinary events into extraordinary moments!
