Position Overview:
At Sundog Downtown Clubhouse, our Servers do more than take orders—they guide guests through a memorable experience, from our menu to our vibrant clubhouse atmosphere. Servers play a key role in creating lasting impressions, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional food, drinks, and hospitality while helping drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding guest service by warmly greeting guests, presenting menus, and providing knowledgeable recommendations Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, responding promptly to any concerns or special requests Maintain clean and organized service areas, including tables, chairs, and clubhouse surroundings Stay informed about menu items, drink offerings, and promotions to enhance guest experience Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Check and verify guests' legal drinking age as required Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Contribute to a lively, welcoming, and energetic environment for all guests
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or serving is a plus but not required Energetic, upbeat, and personable with a genuine interest in guest satisfaction Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods Able to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Schedule & Compensation:
4-5 shifts per week, 40 hours, flexible hours (early morning, daytime, or evening options). Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
