Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during cashiering transactions Support guest relations by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring overall satisfaction Uphold sanitation standards and proper food safety procedures at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and check splitting Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Familiarity with serving in a hospitality or food industry environment is beneficial Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Host/hostess experience or previous roles involving guest relations are advantageous Join us as a Server and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
