Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Waitstaff member to join our vibrant dining team. In this role, you will be the face of exceptional service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a friendly atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special dietary needs are accommodated Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Clear tables promptly, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including dietary options and specials Assist in food preparation and setup as needed, supporting the culinary team during busy periods Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and customer service Skills Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or healthcare environments is highly desirable Strong background in food production, food service, or the food industry with culinary experience preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of dietary department procedures, including meal preparation and dietary aide responsibilities Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude toward guests Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail in food serving and cleaning tasks Join us in creating an inviting environment where exceptional service meets quality care!
