About Us Cedar Point is a high-volume destination serving the beautiful East Hampton area. We are looking for bartenders and servers that have an exceptional attitude ! Candidates must be team player and able to work well with others. 3+ years' experience is needed to be considered for a bartender position. Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front of House Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining a lively, energetic atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and supporting the overall flow of service to deliver a top-tier dining experience. Whether you have experience in fine dining, catering, or food service, your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key to your success. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations Support banquet and catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and managing event flow Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to health regulations at all times Experience Prior experience in dining or food industry environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Experience in serving, food handling, or catering roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Knowledge of food safety protocols and dietary accommodations is a plus Background in hospitality can provide valuable skills for this role Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
