Summer weekends are fast-paced, high-energy, and guest-driven, and we are looking for hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure while maintaining polished, attentive service. Responsibilities Deliver elevated, guest-focused service in a high-volume dining room Maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and daily specials Support seamless communication between FOH and BOH teams Anticipate guest needs and maintain urgency throughout service Assist with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities Requirements Experience in upscale or high-volume restaurants preferred Strong sense of hospitality, pace, and teamwork Positive attitude and ability to multitask during busy services Weekend and holiday availability required Full-time seasonal availability preferred Competitive pay, strong team culture, staff dining, and opportunity for growth within the Rubirosa family.
