Requirements:

This position requires candidates to have open availability . This includes the ability to work lunch and dinner shifts, opening and closing the restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while processing payments swiftly and securely Maintain food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation guidelines Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and assisting with basic food preparation when needed Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is advantageous Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
