As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Skytab POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through the cash register. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Uphold food safety and handling standards throughout service. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience with skytab POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Knowledge of culinary practices and food service operations is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Capability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in food handling or as a server is an advantage but not required.
