Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. Weekend availability is a MUST! Must have at least 1 year of serving experience. Three shifts a week guaranteed!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and relay to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and working with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
